Requirements
Proven skills in recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing
Fluent in Dutch and English
Experience developing recruitment strategies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Familiarity with ATS and candidate databases
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Maritime/offshore industry experience is a strong plus
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
